For homeowners

Pick the project, type your address, name and mobile. You land on your street's block and see who else is in. Text the link to neighbors — they add their house in 30 seconds.

At 5 homes the block goes out to bid. Vetted contractors price the whole street for a standard scope. You see every bid side by side with the contractor's normal one-off price, then the street votes. A majority books the crew. Each home puts down a 10% deposit to lock the dates.

For contractors

You get texted when a block in your trade fills. One walk-through, one bid, one mobilization, a contiguous schedule with deposits in hand. You price the block rate; we show homeowners the savings.

Why it's cheaper

A one-off residential job carries 20–35% in sales, estimating, mobilization and drive time. Five houses on one street share one of each. That's where the discount comes from — not from cutting corners.
