Neighborsmith connects neighbors with contractors. The contract for the work is between each homeowner and the contractor; Neighborsmith is not a party to it and is not a contractor. We verify license and insurance information contractors provide but do not guarantee their work. Deposits are held and released under the terms shown at the time of payment.
